When in the building process do I choose my optional home features?
Before signing the contract.
Do floor plans show these options?
In most cases the home features options are shown on the floor plans. However, there are those that cannot adequately be shown on the floor plan and would be listed separately.
Once I choose a floor plan model, do I have any other options?
Yes! There are several other options that are available to you to personalize your home. At time of contract, you will be asked to make your "footprint" selections. These are items that will effect your foundation such as room extensions, fireplaces, and ceiling vaults. Shortly after that, you will have the opportunity to make your color and interior selections including, but not limited to, flooring and cabinets. No matter what, a sales associate will be there to assist you through all of these selections.
How much will these options cost?
The cost of options will vary depending on selection. Consult your sales associate for estimates.
